  • Clear your immediate environment of clutter and the people you spend time with who drain your energy and add no value.
  • Take care of your body and pay attention to your health.
  • Be aware of self-defeating conversations in your head and immediately turn them off.
  • Be flexible. When your best intentions don’t go as planned, quickly, Control-Alt-Delete. RESET-REFOCUS-CONTINUE.
  • Find your tribe. Intentionally get connected to like-minded people with similar interests who can provide knowledge, support, and encouragement, and you can do the same for them. This is why people join country clubs and professional organizations. Invest in yourself and your future.
